work was great , very proffesional , re pricing it was not clear that the quote was less VAT , I am fortunate enough where it was within my Budget but had it not been the case and I saw the end bill after the work was done it could have been a problem

David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.
The gentleman arrived and l showed him what l wanted and he gave me his professional advise which was better than mine,and he worked non stop until the job was done to a high spec spot on

Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,
Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!
